For that price you get a white skin-less version of the head that you can see on the left side of this image . It was released a few weeks ago at an event, but now the event is over so it should be available in  the Genesis Lab mainstore  now. If it is not there, please contact the designer to encourage her to release it to the store soon. Skin Appliers:  Since the head comes skin-less you need to purchase some skin appliers for it.
